个人简介

一、基本情况:

高恩婷,博士,副教授,硕士生导师。长期以来进行医学影像处理与分析等方面科学研究,已在Pattern Recognition、Neurocomputing、Biomedical Optics Express、Future Generation Computer Systems等国际期刊或会议上发表40余篇学术论文,主持了省重点实验室开放课题2项、苏州市软科学研究项目1项,校级项目多项,作为主要参与人完成了国家级重大重点项目子课题1项,国家自然科学基金面上项目2项,以及其他国家级、省部级项目。

二、主要研究领域:

主要研究方向为医学影像处理与分析及其应用。包括:

1、人工智能、深度学习、强化学习(半监督学习、弱监督学习、小样本学习等);

2、多中心医学影像处理与分析(域迁移、域自适应、域泛化);

3、多模态医学影像处理与分析(视网膜、胰腺、皮肤等);

4、图像分割、检测、分类方法;

5、基于形状模型、图割、图搜索等的图像分割方法。
