一、基本情况:

二、主要研究领域及学术成就:

主攻射频(微波)集成MMIC领域,曾在瑞典皇家工学院专攻微波功率器件制造相关问题。目前主要致力于射频功率放大器(RF PA)的设计研发,声表面波(SAW)滤波器设计软件开发,微波器件热电性能优化相关研究。主持完成国家自然科学基金项目一项。IEEE Electron Device Lett.、IEEE MWCL等期刊以第一作者发表SCI论文10篇,授权发明专利4项。曾获电子信息类青年教师讲课比赛华东赛区一等奖,全国三等奖
